The Norqain Wild ONE Skeleton X-Lite Turquoise weighs just 45 grams with its strap, making it Norqain's lightest watch ever. It pairs a 41mm Norteq, X-Lite carbon, titanium and aluminium case with the COSC-certified 4K Manufacture calibre and 5,000G shock resistance. It joins the permanent collection on October 29, 2026, with production capped at 300 pieces a year.
What is the Norqain Wild ONE Skeleton X-Lite Turquoise? It is the second version of Norqain's ultra-light X-Lite concept watch, now in the brand's signature turquoise. The first version was a black-and-yellow limited edition of 200 pieces that debuted at Watches & Wonders 2026 and sold out. This version is not a numbered limited edition. It joins Norqain's permanent collection, with production capped at 300 pieces per year. How light is it? The whole watch, strap included, weighs about 45 grams, roughly the weight of a golf ball. The 41mm case is built from more than 30 ultra-light components in Norteq carbon fibre, titanium, aluminium and Norqain's new proprietary X-Lite carbon composite. X-Lite is lighter and more shock-absorbing than Norteq, so it is used for the internal casing ring. The watch is rated to survive impacts above 5,000G, which is about the force a full golf swing puts on a watch. What powers it? Norqain's skeletonized 4K Manufacture calibre (NBK26/1), developed with AMT. It is a COSC-certified chronometer running at 4Hz with 65 hours of power reserve. That is a major upgrade over the standard Wild ONE Skeleton's 38-hour Sellita-based movement. Why it matters: Norqain is a young, family-owned Swiss brand that has built its identity on lightweight, shock-resistant sports watches. The X-Lite Turquoise is now the halo watch of its permanent catalogue, and Norqain's direct answer to ultra-light pieces like Ulysse Nardin's Diver Air at a much lower price than Richard Mille.
The first X-Lite, a black-and-yellow limited edition of 200, sold out. That shows real demand for Norqain's top-end lightweight concept. The turquoise model is a permanent-collection piece, but capped at 300 pieces a year, so it should stay hard to find without a numbered limited edition's resale premium. Norqain is still building a secondary-market track record, so buy it as a technical showpiece and a wear-anywhere sports watch rather than as an investment. It weighs 45g, takes 5,000G shocks and has a COSC manufacture movement at $13,900, a fraction of what ultra-light Richard Mille models cost.
